Children should reach school 10 minutes before the bell rings for assembly and bags and bottles properly kept in their classrooms. Do not hand them over to any staff member. School gate will be closed after the bell rings for assembly and no child will be allowed to enter the school thereafter. Parents should also take care to leave the school compound 5 minutes before the bell rings for assembly.
Children should come to school in proper uniform and neatly dressed. Student are expected to be habitually clean and neatly turned out.
Pre Nursery students to get an extra set of clothes daily to school in a labeled polybag.
Bookset & uniform is available from school.
P.T.M. held every month on a Saturday should be attended by both or one of the parents. Interaction with your child’s class teacher will help you know about your child better.
Parents are supposed to pay attention to their child’s regularity, punctuality, discipline and neatness and take interest in their child’s work. “Play School” excuse will not be entertained. Play School in no way means irregularity and late coming. We are here for overall development of your child and to achieve this we all have to be disciplined.
As regular attendance is an important element for successful work, leave of absence should be submitted in writing in the office in advance clearly mentioning the name, class, section, dates and cause of leave.
Absence because of sickness must be supported by a Medical Certificate.
Any child who is absent for one month without any prior notice, his name will be struck off the register without giving prior information and will only be re- admitted subject to the availability of seats and on the sole discretion of the Principal. If readmitted, all dues incidental to the admission of a new student must be paid on his behalf.
The school holds Half Yearly Exams in Oct. / Nov. & Final Exams in Feb. / March. There is no exam for Pre Nursery & the result is given on the overall assessment of the child. No ranks are given and no marking is done.
Class I & II will not be permitted to take their exam if their attendance falls short of 75%.
If Municipal B.C. is not deposited, result will be withheld.
It will be a nice gesture on the part of parents if Birthday Celebrations of your child are kept a very low key affair in the school like limiting to distributing 1- 2 toffees. Anything more will be sent back.
It is expected that parents avoid the use of cell phones in school premises and take care that they are in silent / vibration mode.
Children must be collected on time after school. The school will not be responsible for children after school hours.
The school does not take any responsibility for any expensive belongings which may get lost.
Parents will not claim refund of Admission, Registration, Term or Tution Fee once the admission is granted.
A month’s notice should be submitted in writing to the school authorities by the Parents / Guardians in case of withdrawal.
Parents are liable to pay fee for the full session if they withdraw their child in mid session
Conveyance
Students availing conveyance should be ready in time as communicated to them failing which the vehicle will move further without waiting.
The sequence in which your ward will be picked / dropped will not be changed as it is well planned by the driver.
School is under no obligation to provide conveyance once seats are full.
Once the child has been admitted parents will hereby agree & abide by the rules & regulations of the school and that whereas the school takes adequate care to ensure the well being of the child, it is in no way responsible in any manner for any losses, mishaps or unforeseen events.
Parents / Guardians who persistently disobey the school rules, or who are constantly over demanding in attitude or who are invariably captious and critical in their dealings with the school authorities or members of the staff will be deemed uncooperative. Since, this only strains the relationship between the school and the parent, the Principal has the right to demand the withdrawal of their ward.
The Principal is empowered to waive any of the rules without assigning any reason for his action.
